Full product support. Led Memmo.me’s product development (B2C & B2B), refining search, filters, and product page layout to increase user engagement. Responsible for designing, prototyping, and organising the architecture of the UI elements and finding solutions in order to foster easy and native navigation:

My responsibilities during my time at memmo.me:
- Work with analytics tools (Contentsquare, Amplitude, Looker, Google Analytics etc);
- UX research;
- User interviews (moderated, unmoderated);
- A/B test ( with data tools usage);
- Road map planning, ICE features prioritisation;
- Writing Product Specifications;
- Brand visual direction development;
- Facilitating retrospectives, workshops for feature improvements and OKR planning;
- Backlog refinement sessions as part of sprint planning.

Key highlights:
- Search & filters feature implementation;
- By iterating and AB testing updated Homepage's layout the clicks on campaign content increased by +5%;
- Product page layout iterations and AB tests results showed increased amount of customers clicks on Buy CTA +12%
